Employment Services

Many doors can be opened with the right contacts and a little assistance. TRT, Inc. can provide those opportunities to persons ready to explore the work force. TRT employment staff will help train, and utilize skills to make your entry into the workforce a successful one.

Targeted Case Management

Each person has different needs and desires. The case manager works with persons served, families, organizations, and other avenues to make sure that the best quality care and preferred lifestyle is maintained and continually strives to work with client and guardian toward the best living situation. Our case manager will provide individualized attention to what each person needs and wants in his/her life.

Supported Home Care/Respite

Supported Home Care assists families in giving care when your loved one still lives at home. Even the most patient and supportive full time caregivers can need a break to rejuvenate themselves. Supported Home Care provides the caretaker with an extra set of hands to help with day-to-day living or on an intermittent need.

Day Services

Day Services are offered through TRT, Inc in a large variety of settings and can include; job readiness skills, learning computer skills in a small group setting, appropriate social and community relationships or recreational time.

Residential

Residential Services assist persons with maintaining skills and learning new skills that help them to become more independent in life. Residential Services include independent living outside of family members home. It also includes grocery shopping, transportation to and from appointments as needed and leisure activities. Residential Services consist of support in all aspects of household skills and personal hygiene.
